Red

This film, Red, centers around the character Felicity, who has recently experienced a traumatic event at the hands of Miranda’s new boyfriend. Stacy, Felicity’s supposed best friend, holds a dinner party inviting all of her friends, including Miranda. When Felicity is directly confronted about the incident, the intensity rises and suddenly turns into a violent altercation. Focusing on the story of a victim and the role that womanhood plays in one’s process to heal, we come to realize that sometimes even in a room full of women you still aren’t safe.

This film was written, directed and produced by myself. This film serves as a part of my senior thesis at Syracuse University and features and entirely female cast. More to come regarding the final product!
